Ben Sheets was in the A's clubhouse on Friday looking like he'd never left, but he was also sporting a rather complex contraction around his surgically repaired right arm, which underwent repairs to the flexor tendon, pronator tendon and ulnar collateral ligament less than three weeks ago.
