Athletics’ third baseman Kevin Kouzmanoff left Oakland’s game against the Los Angeles Angels with an apparent lower back injury in the bottom of the fifth inning Sunday. Kouzmanoff singled sharply and grabbed his lower back as he began running toward first base.
