During that whirlwind week in which Dallas Braden was everywhere at once, the Oakland Athletics’ left-hander appeared on “The Late Show with David Letterman.” Braden read a Top 10 list that spoofed his previous anonymity. No. 3 was, “Even I’ve never heard of me.”
