Oakland Athletics left-hander Dallas Braden has been scratched from Saturday night’s start against Cleveland because of elbow stiffness. Braden, who also was scratched from his start Tuesday night in Baltimore, threw 30 pitches in the bullpen Thursday in hopes of starting against the Indians.
